Have a better eyesight
with better nutrition!

To improve your
eyesight, you need to
make sure that your body
receives enough of these
nutrients:

Vitamin A: in tomatoes,
papaya, carrots and
fortified milk.

Vitamin C: in oranges,
strawberries, peppers and
broccoli.

Vitamin E: in oils, nuts
and seeds.

Zeaxanthin and Lutein: in
leafy green vegetables,
mangoes, kiwi,
honeydew, peas, broccoli,
yellow squash, corn, red
grapes and oranges
